The AP FIS20 Series Thermal Image Inspection System uses cutting-edge thermal imaging technology paired with a high-performance thermal image camera to conduct multi-point temperature checks. These measurements are converted into thermal images for precise aluminum foil seal inspection.
Designed for seamless integration with induction cap sealing machines, the AP FIS20 inspects foil seals immediately after the sealing process, ensuring high product quality and reliability.
The system is available in two variants:
- AP FIS20-M (Mid-Wave): Ideal for specific cap types requiring mid-wave detection.
- AP FIS20-L (Long-Wave): Suitable for caps best inspected with long-wave thermal imaging.
